Founded in 2026 by renowned attorney Andrea L. Haber, Florida Legal Collective is a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, probate administration, family law, and civil litigation.
Andrea brings a blend of compassion and courtroom experience to her strategic, results-driven approach in her estate planning and probate practice. She helps families create thoughtful, customized plans—trusts, wills, and incapacity documents—that reflect their values and protect what matters most.

Andrea L. Haber has been practicing law since 2013, with a specific emphasis on Estate Planning, Probate, Civil Litigation and Real Estate Law. She earned her law degree at the University of Miami School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Florida.
Andrea has handled various capacities of litigation matters including complex contract disputes, real estate litigation including landlord/tenant matters, quiet title matters, and more. She also has handled probate and estate administration throughout South Florida.
